I went in to this week with vegetables and plants well on my mind while I’m starting my plant based lifestyle and boy does this food haul look delightfully colorful and rather inspiring! #nomnom

Food Prep
For food prep I went off of what I was craving and lately that has been Mexican Food and Curry! So I decided to make a couple batches of rice for Plant Burrito Bowls and Pumpkin Curry! (It was amaze-balls!)Here is what prepped this week!
